Long story short :
2 weeks ago, met this girl at a club, picked her up, back to her place, she BJ me but no sex. Then we txted to each other, in the beginning not so much, but it increases and till saturday : it was a lot, all day long.

We were at the same party on saturday, both drunk. She was with her friends (males) and me with mine. She kinda ignored me all the night long and partied with her firends.
She then txt me and asked for me to sleep at her place.
I came there (AFC), and we discussed like 2 hours : we told to each other personal things, and discussed about everything.
She told me that with all her ex boyfriends came a problem : they were jealous because she has a lot of guy - friends. I told her that it was not a problem for me and that she was not my gf for the moment. She answered "yes".

Then she told me that she likes me, I answered that i like her too ...
She also told me that she is not good for relationships : she cheated on her 3 last boyfriends, and have also previously had really bad experiences (I didn't ask more about it).
She was very scared about my reaction (at first she didn't want to tell this to me, and I saw she was a bit anxious), but I told her that I didn't really care. She was surprised and fought I would go back to my place after that. I told her that I'm good for relationships, she then smiled and hugged me.
To sum up : she is very afraid of commiting herself in a relationship. BUT she was very drunk and the morning after she didn't remember about everything we told to each other.

My feelings : I like her, really, and I think she really likes me too. But I think she is very afraid of commiting herself again. We txted to each other a lot, but since 24 hours, no txt received (and I don't send some too).

Weird situation ...

What do you guys think about it ?

I think she implicitly behaved and explicitly told you she isn't worthy of a commitment, if you are trying to make this party girl anything other then a fuck buddy you are headed for disaster. I think you should thank her for her honesty then proceed rub her crotchal region.

If you persist in increasing rapport with her rather then working on just attraction and fucking her you, you are going to get thrown into the friend zone and become another one of her orbiters, and she will be good as an attention sponge sans Bj's. Well you she may make a endearing late night phone/text buddy where she can talk to you about fucking other guys.

listen to what she is saying, men always accuse women of not listening to them, so don't be that way...do you really want a woman that will cheat on you?...I think not, hit it and quit it...that's what she wants right?

I agree, listening to her might change everything and will do good for both of you.
