Well she is probably thinking why you didn't persist or escalate. Poor girl was probably waiting for you to lead and you gave up too easily. You can contact her again, but this time you are going to have to take a chance and escalate. Persist until she tells you stop or you notice her becoming uncomfortable.

Good advice by DeanAssertive, remember; He who hesitates is lost. She probably was jealous with you dancing with this other girl so got her self esteem back by making out with another guy (who escalated when you wouldn't)

Solution? Hmmm it's a tricky one but she does like you so I would probably text back something along the lines of "which of us was the most drunk at the party haha" then frame it as if you've been hearing from your friends of other faux pa's you made that night and you're feeling a bit embarassed about the whole thing. This will make her think it was nothing directed at her by either action or inaction; you were just drunk and these things happen.

No one can tell from this post how or where you fucked up, but you definitely fucked up.

Text her to meet you for coffee or a drinks at night and try to physically escalate from there to your house. If she wont agree to meeting you alone for a logistically advantageous scenario then next her.

I like this advice. A girl who makes out with a random dude on the dance floor has many question marks around her.

eh it happens right. gotta move on from things like this...and it wasnt a random guy it was a friend of hers that and i kind of had a feeling they had a thing..just gotta take the initiative next time! lesson learned

She is trying to keep her options open, I suggest you do the same and don't put too much emotional investment in this. Of course everyone has pretty much given you that exact advice so this development doesn't really change anything.
