Those are signs of interest, yes. But there's no way of being 100% certain she's interested, so half the battle is just digging in and going for it. Keep ramping up the kino and doing what you've been doing. Keep showing her that you're a prize and don't lose sight of it. You went for ice cream, so I'm assuming you were alone with her at a place outside of school, right? That's good. You need to get her out on little dates like that early on.

Also, don't do that question game bullshit. Gimmicks like those aren't anywhere near as effective as "certain books" might lead you to believe.
