Okay, so I've been talking with this one chick on fb here and there. I've heard from other people before that she finds me attractive. I've had some some good responses from her, but I just want to know how to respond to her last comment:

I see a lot of guys flirting with her on fb though. She'll seem to flirt just a little back. I don't want to make myself look like just some other guy. I'm thinking I'll take this one slow, enjoy teasing her a little; slightly making it seem like I'm interested.

I believe the hardest part is making a woman (sexually) interested in you, but it seems like that you have done this already. You also appear to be interested in her, so the rest should be easy. And I think VietnameseProdigy gave sound advice. Just say she should come over and watch Transformers, play a game on your retro Nintendo, or whatever geeky thing you guys are vibing on now. When you get her alone at your place, the only thing holding you back is your own inhibition.

EDIT: So my advice would be the exact opposite of waiting. Not being 'just another guy' is about being yourself, not about waiting for her to take the initiative.

So eventually it'll be obvious when to take the initiative, right? And do you think that most of the time they'll say yes because they like your confidence/taking the initiative?

Alright dude try this.

Start a roleplay. No one else does this shit. When you get her saying stuff like "Yes! And..." contributing to her conversation showing her interest and investment, blatantly say, "You're cool. Let's go out for a drink." Then specify when and where when she agrees. BAM.

Why does a simple text convo require further assistance? Not only could you respond with anything from there, but you could also not respond and be fine. It was the end of that transformer discussion. Now you change the subject from banter to planning a date.
