So I've been in no contact, unfortunately I have broken it a few times. :/ but I'm determined to go no contact so I can move on. Does this include Facebook, as in hiding her from my news feed and hiding mine from hers?

I texted her like 6 weeks ago and we talked for a bit but it was very cool and actually caused me a lot of pain. Nothing bad, just general chit chat.

Do I hide her from my Facebook? Does it violate No Contact for her to be seeing my updates, my pics, my statuses?

Take her number in your phone and make it say "November 13". That's one month from now. Anytime you get the urge to talk to her, just think, "If it's important, it can wait until November 13th." You don't have to hide her from seeing your stuff. In fact, it can be a powerful tool to make her realize you've moved on with your life. But you have to try to move on with your life and it has to be covert. If you go to a party and your picture gets taken, you just happened to be there. However, if you spend all day posting updates like, "Hanging out with sooo many girls tonight", this will backfire.

Right now OP you feel that this girl is your everything, you need her to be happy, you are constantly thinking about her, hell you are even dreading the fact she is maybe talking to another guy by now! This girl just seems like she is the one, there is nothing better in the world than her.

I was in your exact same situation, not the pills and stuff like that but I thought this girl was just unreal, I put her on a pedestal so high above me that she was the ONE. She was the ONE that I had to have, no one could ever compare, I was actually losing sleep, not doing homework and just so focused on the fact that I wanted this girl for over 4 fucking months. I never hooked up with another girl during that time.

But as soon as I started hanging out with friends, starting to mingle with some new girls and talking about what had happened with friends sky was the limit.
