Its not a matter of if you cried. Its a matter of whether you would cry again.
A lot of times these types of things happen when people are young and naive and not as emotional controlled.
Yea, because crying is indicative of dysfunction. I love your comments, they're the anti-thesis of anything resembling logic.
Crying is indicative of vulnerability and lack of emotional control. If a girl is making you cry then you placed too much trust in someone that has not yet prove they can be trusted with your feelings. Or you just need to learn how to control your emotions.
Many things are logical, few things are true. The things I say are true.
Honestly, men shouldn't cry. Its a sign of weakness...of being
overwhelemed.
I am thankful your short sighted view isn't one embraced by my fellow psychologists and mental health professionals. Crying is actually cathartic, it can be a healthy way to diffuse inner emotional unrest. Extensive crying can, however be problematic as it may indicate severe depression, but is symptomatic of it not a cause. Crying does not infer weakness at all; it is one thing to be crying around a girl all the time, its another to do so in private. Individuals who feel crying is a sign of weakness are often taught to believe this by a emotionally cut-off caregiver, typically a father or other male figure. This is really an archaic view of emotional regulation for males that Western society had once imbued, but now we know that denial of emotion can in fact compromise well-being and worse yet result in dysfunction later in life.
Anyone who doesn't cry, does not express anger (e.g., states they are never angry or upset), or display any other human emotion has some form of severe psychopathology (e.g., a personality disorder such as APD or pscychopathy), will consequently have great difficultly in connecting with others, or if masking these emotions will feature signs of maladaptive behavior.
