I'm not exactly sure what I did wrong, so basically the other day i was in the mall by my place looking for some new cloths by my self after work and started talking to one of the girls that works there and got her to help me pick a shirt or 2 out.

i had a feeling she was interested in me because the shirts she picked out she would say i think this would look hot on you and stuff like that, even though i know thats how they sell stuff i just had that feeling off her.
So anyways we proceeded to flirt and i said id go try a few shirts on, i showed her 2 of the 3 i went in with and she had walked away for the last one but when she came back she insisted on me putting the last one on again for her, after i put it on and walked out she was all giggly and stuff like that and told me it really complemented my "figure" so i just laughed and said so you like my muscles eh? which made her blush and just said you have a very nice figure.

after i knew what one i wanted i went back in and put my other stuff back on and went to the front to pay where she was just waiting around talking to the other girls that worked there and then she started talking to me and we ended up talking for about 10 to 15 minutes just about school and why she moved here and what i did untill she got in trouble for not working so when that happened i just said let me get your number before you get in trouble again so she gave it to me and even mentioned how her number had lots of 7s.

i was feeling pretty good because besides at the bar i have a harder time getting numbers but when i got home i ended up waiting about 2 or so hours and then sent her a text saying "this is a vip# store with care -garrett" and got no reply. so i waited a day and decided to just send another text asking "do cali girls dont like to text their eye candy" because we had talked about her being from california and now living in canada.

what did i do wrong and what could i have potentially done better? did i maybe come off as too cocky about how i look or was it my texts? i have had the same style of texts work good before but should i take a different approach next time?

I have gotten a fake number twice. I take it as the girl was not interested, but is too nice to say no. I rather get a no.

If she's not responding it might be bc you didn't build enough rapport. Also, you should try inviting her to something instead of just saying hi.

Dude in my opinion you can't trust these sales people. Stips clubs, clothing shops, people on the street selling things to you randomly...

They all are working for a paycheck, you are their source of income lol. I've had this problem before, I can tell you now all forms attraction that you can pick up normally (vibes that they like you I mean) are probably all fake. I've heard from a mate who used to work with a really attractive co worker guys used to ask for her number all the time, she just made a fake one up and never followed up.

Unless you have really good game, these girls probably are good for practice not for seriously pulling
