| Hi people, I've been planning on getting into pick up for about 4 years now, I read the game in easter of 2008/09 but have sat on the idea of actually doing anything about it because I am a massive p***y, but feel I need to make a step in the right direction now or I will forever regret it in the future when my best years have passed me by!
I'm 22 years old, i'm in my final year of study at university, and have had mates who know about pick-up to about the same degree I do, some are naturally good with women, other are not, so I've seen the full spectrum of guys typically trying to get with women with varying skills and success. I haven't had sex nearly as much as I should have at university, have pulled girls now and again at clubs, but thats usually under the influence of alcohol, which seemingly makes a PUA out of the chumpiest of chumps at times! I've had girls who've wanted to sleep with me but I would say the hottest was probably about 6/7 so I wasn't fussed about taking them up on it. In retrospect I probably should have just to have been able to say I slept with more women but oh well!!!!
I'm located in a British university, I don't want to quite specify which at this point in time, I'm completely new to this forum so I'm not sure how much people give away about themselves, but we'll see!
I'm an average looking guy, admittedly out of shape, and unless something major comes up I don't particularly groom really well on a regular basis. I have a good fashion sense but because there haven't been many girls in my life I haven't been motivated to groom really well on a regular basis. Don't get me wrong, I do shower and shave!!!!
I would love to develop other aspects of my life other than meeting girls too, and find out more about who I am and more importantly what I want out of life. I'm kinda in limbo at the moment, I'm not content with how my life is but at the same time I don't know what I want, so I don't know how I should go about improving it. I know for CERTAIN I'd like some more chicks in my life, so for the time being anyway I have a focus, and it is, yep you guessed it, getting better with women!!
I play football (or soccer to americans) once a week, I love golf, I love watching movies and playing video games (i'm fairly casual though in the sense I like playing games like FIFA and GTA) and like to have new and different experiences all the time, be it bungee jumping, or walking in the lake district or going to crazy museums or anything that is a new experience! I'm fairly open minded with regards to music/food/people in general, I just like to have fun! I can quite easily spend the day kicking about with mates cracking jokes and not do anything out of the ordinary as long as its fun! I enjoy social events, and once you get to know me I can be a really good laugh and sociable guy, but I'm quite shy so I don't express what I'm really like as a person as well as I probably should, so working on my confidence is definitely something I'd like to do.

The Rules of the Game (only read like 30 pages, I didn't do anything in the book so it was pointless carrying on!)
