so I know this girl from a few years back, she kinda dsliked me for the greater part of those years but for a few months now she likes me and we've had a thing, it was like a casual relationship. anyways this "thing" ended when she left and moved to another country. We text almost all the time on SPAM and we chat on facebook but a few hours ago she texted me on viber cause SPAM wasn't working and I tell her to call me instead and the only thing she said was no. She didn't even bother to write anything after it. All said was ok and then I changed the subject and it seemed that I didn't really care, like it was no big deal

Now I have two questions:

1) did I handle this right?

2) what do I do to make her say yes the next time?

and just so you all know I kinda have one-itis for her, I've loved her since I was 12 and she knows it and I was kinda beta at first but now I control the frame or I thought I did until this happened so any help would be appreciated Thanks for your time

The good thing about online chat is that there's no limit to how much you can bullshit. When she says "no" (did she really just say that one word?) you can immediately reply with "hang on, I've just got to take a call/answer another message/clean my socks/whatever", then when you come back say in a really friendly way "Hey I'm back! What's happening then? Um did you just say "no"? Now that's not very nice is it?" or "what do you mean by that exactly?"

Getting away from the screen will give her time to think about what she's said and perhaps to regret it a little and wonder if she's offended you, without you directly challenging her.

The fact that you said okay and changed the subject I don't like one bit. You're just asking to have a meaningful interaction with someone who's supposed to be some kind of friend, tell her next time you visit you're going to kick her in the vagina! Well, probably don't say that, but don't let her off the hook for that, let her know you're a high value guy who doesn't appreciate rude and ignorant behaviour!
