It keeps happening...

Things are hot and heavy, kissing, touching, rubbing, maybe some oral for her/you and then it is time to put it in and....

I get up (cools her down)
I dig through wallet and get condom (cools us both down)
open condom and half the time start putting it wrong way (cools me down)

Now I have it on and am hopefully still ready to go. She is definitely no longer as ready as she was just a minute ago. The condom has never actually cockblocked me but it always lessens the mood.

Anyone have any tips on how they go about this and what works for them?

Keep a condom on before sex, when you dress for occasions where you know you'll pick up chicks's then keep condoms on before.

I keep condoms in a draw beside the bed. But it doesn't really matter if it cools a little, it's not a big deal.

My SPAM blue tacks a few condoms to the back of his bed's headboard for quick access.

The only real answer here is to have them as close to where you expect to be getting laid (presumably your bed). Think ahead and have them ready to hand, this will make you feel more confident also, it's always good to have a plan!
