A good general rule of thumb for a beginner is do not neg them about anything concerning their body. In this case hair would obviously qualify. I don't think negging is really that necessary unless they think highly of themselves. I don't neg as a first line.

The good news for you is, you inadvertently weeded out someone with serious psychological issues. I don't know about you, but I don't care how hot a girl is, I don't want one who pulls out all her hair. That's weird and creepy and I think she's quite ill.

What you need to do is tell her that you had no idea she was wearing a wig.

You could also tell her that your comment was a one-liner, and that you use it on girls who have perfect hair.

Trichotillomania is a condition recognized in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of the American Psychiatric Association.

She is not 'crazy' whatever that means and a mental health issue is not something to take lightly.

I really don’t give a crap about her “Special condition”, let me present it to you like this. We have guys that come to these forums and they carry with them “special conditions” such as Social Anxiety, Virginity at the age of 25+, MS, MD, Deformities, speech problems, paralyzation of various degrees, and the list goes on! Do you think these guys would be on this site if girls were apathetic to their conditions?

My point is that putting her on a pedestal is not the solution. Apologizing to her for not doing anything wrong is AFC and if you don’t understand and see that, then you have a long way until you reach your destination!

You can clearly tell the young inexperienced cats from the more wiser ones. The young ones generally are very egoic. I pretty much put anything Cryptic says into the mental wastebin basket.

I'm not sure if I would go that far, I think we just have different morals and values when it comes to women. There is nothing wrong with this, to each his own. I'm sure both him and I are successful in life and with women, we just chose different ways to get there and speak from experience.

With that said, I agree with you on being able to tell the newer guys from the forum elders. Society is ever changing...

It was nothing intentional that the OP did of course but she has a mental condition which is very hard to treat. Basically she is the one who has inner game issues in terms of anxiety, confidence and other related factors that nobody but her really knows.

I would be cool and gentle and nice to her. I would offer a drink and speak calmly and just explain that in no way did I mean to offend or embarrass.

I only hunt fair game and some one who is ill like this is not IMHO in any way fair game.

Again JMHO but kindness and thoughtfulness always returns many times over.

It is totally Alpha to be a Gentleman and totally AFC to be insensitive regarding anyone with a physical or a mental condition.
