Grrrrrr. work game can be difficult.

So I've stated before, this girl and I are kinda hitting it off. Went out one night, a lot of Kino, A lot of ioi's. No chance to escalate, and she has a bf...who is out of town more than he's around.

Saw her tonight after 2 unresponsive texts, and a an unanswered drunken phone call.

We were basically joined at the hip all night. I was no puppy dog. She came to me most of those times.

Its so f'n hard to make a connection when you only have 2 minutes at a time to build anything.

definitley getting kino and ioi's, and told her we were gonna hang tomorrow. She said ok, but she's known to flake.

how do you incorporate take aways and dq's to a girl who is rarly around? its impossible to not telegraph interest in this situation...as I said, she does have a bf.....and she does flake. Also hard to do any push pull. she did refer to me as her "work bf". hmmmm.....what to do?

If she flakes, do a freeze-out on her.

When you see her at work don't pay her any mind, stop texting her etc.

This will spark curiosity as to why you are ignoring her, and eventually lead to interest, where she will try to make contact with you.

To take this one step further, I would pretend to be busy at work so when she tries to make contact, basically say something like. "Look, I'm really busy and can't talk right now." This will most likely result in her trying to meet up after work. (If it doesn't "I can't talk right now" will anyhow bring up a situation where it would be natural for you to set up a meeting).

If she doesn't flake, kino and build up micro escalation, this should inevitably lead to atleast a k-close.
