I want to describe a situation in very specific details, but I am concerned that the person that I want to talk about is in this forum. most likely, they are not, but who knows. so I will try to be vague but specific. lol.
i want a 27 year old female receptionist to do me a favor on a regular basis. What I want her to do is not part of her job. It's basically to take care of my clients when they come in, and this is like a couple of times a week.
is it better to get her food from her favorite restaurant, or money in an envelope? is it better to be explicit (tell her: this is for taking care of my clients last week) or just condition her (every time she does it, I reward her, but dont tell her explicitly why I am rewarding her)?
this is strictly about business, it is not about dating/sex. asking here because there are a lot of people here that understand female psychology.
