Break down exactly what it is they are doing. Maybe the speed of their delivery, pitch of their voice, number of questions vs statements etc. Then really put it into practice, and after each conversation, think about if it matched up to the ideal you are trying to achieve.

I did this when I learned English. One of my best buds was a weirdly likeable dude in a way he presented himself. Could make anyone laugh and was really witty with everything he said. I soon found myself repeating things that he said. After i got over this stage, my mind was set similar to his. I could generate conversation with anyone in a really chill manner. Yeah, I know I go on about him, but seriously, he is a MASTER. I have met the guy, and he absolutely exudes charm and charisma and I can assure you that even without his fame, he would be banging at will.
I watched A LOT of interviews of his, and I learned so much it was nuts.
