Posts: 4 | | I am a construction labourer currently awaiting my apprentice. I have been at my company for half a year. I have no problem with ball busting that comes with the job, but there are a few foremen that really like to show their dominance to the point of harassment.
How do you demonstrate an alpha attitude while in an assisting/labourer role?
As a labourer, I am expected to be the work site bitch, but I still want to demonstrate alpha qualities.

Posts: 191 | | Got to agree, the only women you're likely to see on a construction site are the foreman's wife, daughter, or mistress. If it's a matter of not having a fucked up frame after work, just don't go out with guys you work with, and maybe come up with a little ritual to shake the shit off so you feel better.
