I have no problem with ball busting that comes with the job, but there are a few foremen that really like to show their dominance to the point of harassment.
How do you demonstrate an alpha attitude while in an assisting/labourer role?
As a labourer, I am expected to be the work site bitch, but I still want to demonstrate alpha qualities.

If it's a matter of not having a fucked up frame after work, just don't go out with guys you work with, and maybe come up with a little ritual to shake the shit off so you feel better.
