Sometimes when I'm talking to a girl or girls, they suddenly say I'm cute and have beautiful theets. And some girls than pull my cheeks.
I'm a rather inexperienced pua. What should I do?

Usually girls would do that to a friend. Because they play around with them. They would never ever do that to a guy they respect. So, this shouldn't happen in the first place. The reason it happens is because they don't perceive you as a sexual threat. The way to deal with it is to tell them something like " wow your already feeling me up" and make them feel like they're hitting on you. This will create sexual tension that's missing. Good luck.

Some other canned stuff you can say is;
