hi everyone ım 19 years old ı have big problem about emotional control :S ı think ım emotional needy because ı just ve two girl friend not more :S if any woman show me any interest ı start thinking her . its days / house / always how can ı get rid of this carellesly :S ı dont want give a fuck about any woman :S ı want control my emotions :S

Make friends or hang around with men who can control them, this is probably an over dependence brought about from childhood. You learnt it so you can unlearn it and learn something new.

People who are like you come across as absolute bitches to women, I have a friend who is exactly the same, he needs approval from his peers and women CONSTANTLY and is emotionally weak. Difference between him and you is you want to change :D so well done.

Also try getting out and playing team sports, they foster all the characteristics you need, teamwork, individual responsibility, hard work and most of all FUN!

Everyone needs to take a step back and chill 8)

Engage in self talk acknolweding you're experiencing the emotion(s) and understand you are not your emotions, nor are you your thoughts (credit: Eckhart Tolle). In other words, understand they're transient and do not identify with them.

You will always experience emotions, and that's a good thing (a sign of health). It's when you begin to identify too strongly with them at any given moment that can lead to problematic behavior and a loss of your sense of self.

Do things that put you in emotionally uncomfortable situations: nothing crazy, but do new things that make you slightly anxious and force you to control your emotions. We tend to be more able to control our emotions as we get older.
