So heres the deal ,theres this girl i used to go out wih for quite some time. Shes about an 8 out of ten. I managed to pick her up when I really didnt have a clue about women (dont ask me how haha) . We broke up about a year ago and just recently we started talking again.

I told her honestly my feelings for her yesterday In a long sweet message so now she thinks im this reall sweet guy and shes all over me. My question now is how to I keep the attraction this high and make het chase after me. I know that if I continue to be this cute and sweet all the time she will just get bored and loose interest.

Ive heard of push-pull before but I always found it hard to put into action. Can someone tell me how to go cold on a girl so that she wants to chase after me? ..I dont want her to think im a jerk or anything and stop talking to me but I just want her to know i have some edge to keep her interest and keep the thaught of me on jer mind .this question goes for all girls not just an x girlfriend ... any help would be really appreciated.

Being sweet won't get you anywhere my friend. You already made the mistake of contacting her and telling her you still have feelings for her.

The first thing you need to establish is if she is seeing someone else. If she doesn't have a boyfriend, you need to escalate to meeting up in a bar or somewhere public where she won't feel pressure. Be a challenge, don't just agree to everything she wants. Women want strong independent guys.

You need to learn this lesson the hard way. You have to be prepared to lose a girl even if it means never talking to them ever again. Never compromise for a woman or she will grab you by the balls and drive you crazy.

Now if you were to disregard my advice and still go for it, have as little text game as possible and meet her at a bar or something of the like (as Hunter suggested).

When you are there, be a little cheesy. Since you've allready done the mistake of telling her how you feel she will probably meet you for validation. (unless she's allready in love with you, if that's the case admitting your feelings won't matter that much) But let's say that she just wants to use you as an ego-boost, which is what I'm supposing since I don't know the background here.

As I said she will meet you to get your validation, and for you to put her on a pedestall since she allready knows you will. DON'T.

When you meet her, make sure you are in a good mood, relaxed and cheesy. She will probably shoot a lot of shit tests at you. You need to nail everyone perfectly in order to land this one. You have to be secure in yourself, confident and be your own man. Even when it comes to the small things like - Her: "Let's buy some Icecream". Tell her no. Not in a rude way, simply say something like "Naah, let's chill here for another minute.." Wait 5 minutes or so and then say "Let's buy some Icecream!"

You've allready taken the role of an AFC, you need to take any opportunity to turn this around asap.
