Seriously though, women become obsessive after great sex. The faking an orgasm is to just not be rude during bad sex.

It's wrong to think that if women has not reached an orgasm the sex was bad. There are poses which do not lead to an orgasm, but I find a pleasure to finish in. This is pretty accurate. Also, don't pressure for the orgasm, if she's thinking she needs to have one she's going to find it harder to relax and have one.
