i am 21 years old, i live in israel and am currently in the israeli millitary and have a lot of girls in my base, i'm kinda going bald, and i think if i had to, would rate myself a 6.5 because i do workout
i'm not normally a shy guy but i have a lot of approach anxiety, and no one to push me and help me train..
the only training i've had is videos on youtube and all kinds of free things from different websites
yet i feel like i have a lot of theoretical knowledgeof the game already
but my main problem is that i have no one to help guide me,
and i don't have money for a trainer
any tips on how i can train myself on my own?

1. Going bald is something you are ashamed of, being bald is a haircut.
2. I pushed myself using this realization. It sucks to go out and make a fool out of oneself, but it doesnt suck as much as living the rest of your life without learning how to get a girl and stay alone.
3. Israeli girls are awesomely hot! _________________ I'm not trying to be a dick Ezo, but you're being a Pick Up Snob in my opinion.

Podcasts, articles, videos etc. He recommends to study one gurus stuff and then just go out and APPROACH girls. Go do it.
The first while I feel it is all about mindset. I don't see PUA as pushing myself or training or whatever. At first I just had to go out and have fun. Set yourself up to enjoy going out. If you treat it like work, I just found that could get discouraging.
Talking to random strangers is like throwing basketballs before a game. Who cares if it misses? It's just practice. You play the game, because it's fun. You are preparing with strangers, for when it counts with people who actually share your passions and hobbies later on.
I just always would tell myself: "I am not going to meet the woman of my dreams sitting at home. Or my new best friends for that matter." So just GOING OUT and being seen is the first step. Second step is having fun. Then you can get fancy.
I had a hard time with PUA, but I stayed at it, had fun and some remarkable successes beyond my expectations.
I didn't ever really struggle with approach anxiety that much, because the gurus gave me new ways of looking at things. After a while you will get a sense of who is worthwhile to approach. You will learn how to attract women to you. That makes it all easier. That's where you just got to keep going at it and reading/studying material. _________________ What you sow is what you reap
