Hitting on your employees is a horrible idea. There are sooo many attractive women out there. There's no need to try and game when that could potentially mess with your source of income.

@ Wolf/Pike I initially had the same thoughts as you, but I noticed he was in Austrailia...Remember that the rest of the World really doesnt play the "Politically Correct" game and file lawsuits for everything like we do in the USA.

I am a promoter and this girl sells tickets for me, it is not a serious job.

I didn't say I wanted to force her into sex or anything disgusting like that, I'm just after some tips on how to play on my high value position to generate more attraction.

btw she is 18 and I am 30, although I look like I'm 23 - 25.

I agree with everyone else, don't complicate things at work; go for some other girls. If you think you are in love with her, maybe you can pursue her when she stops working for you? and 18 really? Even I'm reluctant at 24 to hit on an 18 year old...
