basically stilll destroyed from my ex leaving me after we were about to get married, since then I have been working out and getting my life in order.

Strange because before her I was so confident and girls were in abundance(lead guitar player in a band is my job)

So Im slowly back in the game and need some help.

I met this girl 3 years ago while with my ex... amazing sparks and she would have easily beeen mine.
this is not oneitis because I have had a bunch of girls lately but this one Id like to bring around!

So while I was with my ex I stopped talking really to her because shit was getting a bit heated, I then let her know its because I had feelings for her that was why I had to cut contact.

Long story short, I am single again and we have been talkin chatting etc via text
but the attraction is not the same for her.
I have lowered my value by letting her know she has me?
how do I text her and bring her out of the friend zone ?

My suggestion would be pre-selection. I think something that pua teaches is that if you want to get a girl, bring up other girls. And you could also qualify her and in person try disqualifying yourself.

Example:
Her: So I use to go to Yale and I studied philosophy in 2004
You: No way, my last girlfriend did the same, I can't even talk to you now. Said playfully.

yes, maybe mention some other girls that are interested in you now that you're single or something of that sort that will make it seem like you're not super easy for her and that you have other options.

we have had some 2 or 3 long conversations that probably went well because
it was like talking to a friend.

I have done things like i asked her to a concert and said....

If you dont wanna go im sure you have some really attractive friends that you can introduce me to"

she relpies " no I really wanna come"

turns out she has to be interstate that weekend.

I want her to initiate text to me not the other way around.

I must confess I still am getting over one itis from my ex

a month ago I let her go for a bit and got a random "hey how are you" but i must have been to eager
