Are you asking how to pull girls off the dance floor, or out of the club?
Some guys just go caveman, and pump the shit ouf of her buying temp.
I don't like to do that although I should in the spirit of pushing myself. What I do is go on the dance floor and make a fool of myself and just have fun. Dance by myself. Then after DHVing, (Most of the time there is a circle of people around me.) Go up the a girl you like and non verbaly ask her to dance. Extand your hand with a smile.

dont be one of the busters who post up against a wall and expect her to have fun grinding on you. Go down low, place your hand on the outside of her ankle and lightly trace a line up her leg as you go up. Spin her around. if she brushes her hair to the side IGNORE IT at first, the more you do the more she will open herself up and it will be easier to K-close. No one sucks at dancing if they are confident!

Three things bud. You go out to have a good time there is planning in that. Your in the club first looking at a few girls and what their drinking while you sup your own. Find conversational points in "choice" ones and then go on over and offer to buy them whatever they've been drinking - they can't refuse and will be interested in a guy who knows what drink they like Chatup lines work for some but I'm more the conversational type so will find something like a nice Versace dress, Swarovski jewellery or even just their fashion sense to get a conversation going. This is a simple method to pickup without being a tosser.
Secondly grinding is best when the girl is into it and unless tipsy or desperate few girls will grind with a stranger, dancing is good if your good at it -few guys have that sort of dedication- and it's just a few choice moves that they don't look a total prat doing. Really your looking for a combination of girl you think looks good and girl willing to dance.
Thirdly know yourself and know your women. Dressed like an office worker may look good in the movies but your not going to pickup much or stir much interest in a girl dressed like that. Dress to make yourself look good not because it's in fashion. I'm a pretty sharp dresser but I know that the girls I like don't mind that and are pretty well off and looking for a guy who is not shy to spend and not shy to talk. They will usually be the ones the girls are relying on to drive them home or are pretty low or non drinkers. Learn from every gorl and you'll know not only what kind of girl your into but also what their traits are which means you spend less time look and more time enjoying.
