I was texting a girl who works in same building as me and maybe actually see in person once in a blue moon. She lost her phone (haha not as a blow you off thing, her coworkers confirmed that) and we are overseas so it is hard to get that american model here.
We have just been using FB messenger lately and it is VERY clear and obvious that she wants me to ask her out. She even admitted that talking on the phone is dead.

Throughout my convos with her and other girls it shows how they can ignore certain parts of messages (like you never said them) and acknowlege other parts, hence why you don;t ask anyone out through messaging of any kind.

I MIGHT see her randomly once every couple weeks and her phone wont be here for a month.

How do I get her in person to ask her out? Would going to her workspace (most of the time she's in surgery) Or actually calling her space (other people can answer the phone though) be considered creepy?

Right now she seems to be biting really hard...I just don't want her to move on because I didn;t make a move.

you want to see for yourself?, just get to any position where you can speak to her, phone or in person then ask the same questions when she can't avoid them, she will have an excuse, girls that are interested will find every excuse to see you, rather then every excuse not to, but girls in general tend to love attention

No, I have not and would never ask out someone via text or fb message...as I know what can happen.
