I haven't bought too many of these types of things, but do have a few (not the one you mention) but the thing is, how many times does this stuff need to be regurgitated? You can probably learn everything you need to by posting on here and, most importantly, getting out there and actually trying it - then learning for yourself what works and what doesn't. From what I can tell a lot of this stuff is just repackaged basics, and it is aimed at the person who reads up everything they can on the subject without actually putting it into practice.
May be better to spend the money on a bootcamp or, maybe even better, going out with some wings a bunch of time.
My advice, probably not worth shelling out that type of money for a product.
