This is my very first post in this forum, so a Hello to everyone.


Just in case Ill say that this is not onetis situation because I'm a total whore but still dealing with this situation is important to me because, it could negatively affect my social circle as welll as my work circle because sadly they are interconnected.


So the story is:


A girl that I know has asked out on weekends for 3-4 times already, so yesterday I asked her out and we to party.Of course after all these phone calls I was thinking "well this will certainly lead to sex". This girl has a boyfriend but she has been very flirty with me all the time (physical contact mostly + verbal). But yesterday when I was doing my physical escalation on the dancefloor she was like stop flirting with me I have a boyfriend (said it to my a few times actually) and I was very surprised by this reaction.


Now since I said we are also connected through work I think she just might have been dicking me around for her social climbing purposes. My natural response in this situation would be just to cut her out of my social circle entirely and be cold and distant with her in our further interactions. But since we also could meet up in work situations, I can't play it like that.

Now what do you guys recommend. Next time if I see her and if she is still flirting with me should I be responsive and flirt back like I have done so far or from now on just be friendly. Also I she asks me out again, should I go? Because going out with girl as her friendzone pal in my opinion hurts my reputation in any given venue.
