Guys need to deal with this "slut" thing. If you are on this journey, then you want girls to be sexual with you. Every time you are a dick to her and knock her down by calling her a "slut", she is less likely to get sexual with you, or any other guy.

More importantly, she has the right to wear whatever the fuck she wants, and be treated well regardless. I know sweet conservative girls who wear very short skirts, and crazy girls who dress very conservatively. There is no rule.

It is indeed true that any girl can "dress how she wants" however by doing so she has to expect to be approached, it's human nature in a man to do so, she's demonstrating sexual/replication value and these trigger unconscious approach mechanisms in a man to do so. It appears as though she's trying to appear as sexual as possible for self-esteem purposes knowing that guys will hit on her expecting easy sex. She can then get off on rejecting them while feeling sexy due to the amount of attention she gets from men. If she dressed in a non-sexual manner she probably wouldn't get as many offers and therefore wouldn't get the ego boost that she's getting off on.

Not saying that this is 100% the case. Maybe she just didn't like you. It happens. In my experience though a lot of the girls who dress the sluttiest do it for attention rather than because they want to be picked up over and over.
