So I was out with some buddies at a club. One of them asked me to wing him into a 2-set. I reluctantly said yes (I was really ill when I went out this night and was feeling like shit). He had a HB 9, I winged her friend a HB 8. I was talking to the HB8 for about 2 minutes asking the generally boring questions like 'where are you from', 'what university are you at' etc. Anyway she seemed to drift off, no surprise as I really couldn't be arsed to game her. Anyway there was an awkward pause and we both looked over to my buddy and her friend who seemed to be getting on really well. I though 'screw it' I wanna try a crap line and see if it works.... so I said this:

me: "hey I have £200 in my wallet to use up, want to get a drink?" (i only had £10)

HB8: "yeah sure why not"

me: "the problem is i only buy girls drinks after I've at least kissed them...."

there was a 2 second pause where we held eye contact and we both lent in and kissed. it lasted for about 10 seconds. afterwards she said "lets get that drink" and i just walked off. I gamed a couple other girls that night but with much better game (I felt much better after that kiss and i couldn't stop laughing at that line for the rest of the night)

anyway this was just a crap story. not really a serious routine but it worked so i thought i'd share it

She deserved it falling for that. Basically gave it up purely to get a free drink and you taught her a lesson. Good on you! Nothing like showing them who's boss!

I'm convinced almost any line can work in some situation at some time. Like they say even a broken clock is right twice a day. Unless you can consistently use something and it works, you really have no idea what happened. I wouldn't read too much into it based on one outing that could be luck. Perhaps that same line will fail 99% of the time and that was the lucky 1%. More testing required.
