| Hey, guys. I just wanted to introduce myself. I'm actually involved in two relationships, at the moment. One of them has the potential to have an emotional component, while the other is strictly NSA. The latter is actually an ex-GF that recognizes we have great sex, and she wants to keep having great sex, albeit without the emotional component, which leaves it a little lacking, but whatever. The former is a much older lady that is lots of fun to be with, though I can't imagine myself settling down with at all.
Anyway, I've been working the online scene, and I've been a bit discouraged by how much attention these girls get and how much they don't value any given individual they interact with. There's one specific lady that I had high hopes for, but that recently informed me she had no such hopes for me, that propelled me to become much more involved in the face-to-face PUA encounter-scene. I recognize that I need to take direct control of who I become involved with, in the future. It's ridiculous to constrain one's self to whoever will respond to them over online messaging (though easy; I don't judge. If it works for you, fantastic! It doesn't work for me...)
I'm not particularly good-looking, though I try to have an upbeat personality and not dress like a slob. I'm 31, so I may be a bit late-to-the-game, but F it, I'm ready to make a change. I'm going to go do "the newbie challenge" here, soon. I'm located in a reasonably-urban metropolis (Kansas City), so I have a multitude of venues available to me. If anyone is close, it'd be awesome to work together.
I really am ready to make a change, and I'm looking forward to any advice you all can give me to propel myself into the realm of taking charge of my own relationships.

P.S. - My goal is to have a good LTR or two that I can rely on to give and provide meaningful experiences with... preferably someone who's financially independent, who I don't have to pay their tab for everything we do together. I know, kinda crazy, but it doesn't really seem like it should be that hard to find. I just haven't had any luck, yet...
