I keep seeing it around the site but I don't have a full understanding of what it means... Can I get a definition and maybe some examples please?

Kino -> Kinesthetics -> Touching

Kino escalating means touching a woman and make sure your touches get more and more intimate as time progresses in order to build sexual tension.
Thanks Tony! Is this like all the palm reading stuff that I always see? Or is it simpler than that? Like taking her hand?
