I have been getting very friendly with a girl from work and went out on a date with her. We were very chatty/flirty with each other and were texting consistently for a few days before and after the date. I suddenly started getting a different vibe from her. At work she went all shy again and didn't text as much. We both were starting the text convos before but now she has seemed to go cold.

She is 5 years younger then me so had it in my head that it was an age thing. I know it was a little issue for me as she seemed slightly immature. I was thinking of txting her something like "what kind of trouble are you causing over there today?" but not sure if that is the way to go.

The date went really well. I escalated Kino that she reciprocated, compliance tested and had a good laugh. I didn't k close. It was lunch date during work; we spoke about how people in the office would gossip too much (its its about 80% female here) and didn't want them to.

I started messaging her yesterday eve and have made plans for monday. Night this time though so work won't be an issue. Do you think that there is anything I should do this time round differently?
