Basically I am in the middle of a major health kick, have lost 70 pounds in 5 months.

From when I started I have had a HB8 and a HB6 say how I have the potential to be the most attractive and good looking person that they know.

Couple of things are they just being "nice" or if they are being genuine how do I move on from here?

It depends on if you believe them. Do you believe you have potential?

I mean you can look like a professional body builder if you want.
