Depends on what your own value is. You only neg girls who have perceived (in their eyes) greater value than you. If a girl is into you then don't neg at all.

A lot of the time I don't neg, I only neg when necessary. If you are a newer pua or not quick on your feet, negs can get you in big trouble!
