So I met this chick 8/10 at a party, slept together and did everything but sex as she was on her period. Had some pretty deep conversations and very strong connection. Got her number, text her next day and had a good text convo. Tried to set up a date but couldn't that week due to diary clashes.

Waited a few days, she didn't text me so I initiated again with this...

Worked well, she replied instantly - had a long, flirty chat, which I ended.

2 days later, hadn't heard from her so I text "Hey there :p" - not a great text I know, no response.

So 2 days later, I msg her this "Who stole my cute little friend? " - no response so I sent back this AFC-style text after 8 hours "I like you're playing hard to get - it's fun and I like a challenge!"

No response to that - not expecting one to be honest.

So at which point did I screw this up - have now written this off as a learning experience, so hopefully I can take something from it?

You actually screwed up from the inception "Deep Conversation".

That is what made you C&B(crashed and burned).

Dude,and make this a lesson also for all newbies who might be reading this: leave the deep connection for AFTER you fucked her(assuming you want it to progress).

Now,this' what heppened:

Assuming your deep conversations were generic,and talked about practical and tangible stuff(kids,family,upbringing,future relationships),that is a bad idea.

If you were deep but vague(as Mystery does it),where you talk about the Zodiac,astrology,etc.,then that is great for a deep connection and conversation.

Now,you've put her in an awkward mindframe to want to meet up with you again.

This is chic logics(which isn't logic at all). She should want to see you again after deep convo. But chics don't work that way. Deep convo before sex happens make them weirded out and want to avoid you.

You should've kept it LIGHT,fluffy and playful. Going deep is the kiss of death(unless you're going deep about vague things).

Now,you've probably messed up somewhere else during the chat,but I only have enough time to scrutinize the first part.
