So from my other topics, one could piece this together. But today was interesting.

**Backstory**

EDIT: When I started dating SC, she was in an LDR already. So LDR#0? She leaves LDR boyfriend for me.

Was dating this girl, SC. LDR #1. While I was overseas, SC got new "best friend", guy named V. V was dating/engaged to SR, and when I came back I break up with SC. V, SR, and SC fuck in a three-way, at SR's persistence - she's bi. V breaks it off with SR, moves across country, starts dating SC. LDR#2. SR moves back home, 3 hours away, I then started dating her in the aftermath. LDR#3. SR breaks up with me, starts dating local guy. At same time SC breaks up with V for a local guy. V crawls back to SR, getting no new pussy where he lives, and they start "talking, to say the least" again. LDR#4, sort of. I maintain no/limited contact with SR all summer. 4 days ago, SR moves back into my town and is on me like white on rice.

On day 2, SR and I are hanging out, and end up sucking each other off. The next day, I fuck her in the ass. SR asks me to keep us hanging out a secret from V, as she talks about how in love with him she is, and how she plans to move in with him and get married blah blah. Although, they are NOT in a relationship, so she can do as she pleases... she also tells me how much V hates me. >:D

Today, I'm hanging out at SR's dorm room, and get an ambulance call. When I come back, SR is camming and on the phone with V. I hide in the corner of the room, but he suspects "another guy" in the room and I sneak out of the room. He then goes completely little jealous AFC on her. 20 min later or so, the cam shuts off and she calls me back in, but she's still on the phone. So while she's cuddling with me and playing with my hair, she's on the phone with him saying how much she loves him and everything.

Fucking hilarious. Show me a woman that can survive without physical intimacy. Normally, I have reservations about homewrecking... but I love every second V pines for her while I fuck her. If the day comes when SR tells me she wants me back, I can't wait to tell her no.

Count that. 5 relationships that failed, and distance was a factor in every one of them.

Life ain't bad. I'm "sworn to secrecy" so I felt like sharing anon. No real questions here guys, but feel free to shoot some opinions out.

My first relationship was a LTR because she ended up moving all the way across the US. I was only 16 and she was 18 so it was hard to see each other due to financial reasons and school commitments. Things were PERFECT when she lived near me but the attraction between the two of us just plummeted when we couldn't see each other for prolonged periods of time. After awhile, we both started to get jealous for no good (or was it?) reason and, the day before she was supposed to get on a plane to come see me, I broke it off.

Good fucking thing, too. She is now 25 and has 3 kids, all from different fathers, and is currently single.

I was in a sort of LDR, we never agreed to be exclusive but she always said to me that she wasn't seeing anybody else. I never really believed her and I couldn't complain about it if she was since I had been seeing some other people casually. I recently flew out to the states to spend the week with her, things were too different so we broke it off and decided to remain good friends.

But yeah, I just do not trust women really.

I suppose one way to look at an LDR is like a good test. I mean, the idea is if it's "meant to be" then it will work with extended periods of no physical intimacy with anyone. I think this is fairly easy for most guys - unless you've been naturally slaying pussy your whole life and are an actual sex addict, most decent guys I know can be quite faithful if they are really into the girl. If they're anything like me, they enjoy having no pressure to constantly flirt and pick up women, because their "true love" is waiting for them. But women, especially the most attractive ones, are going to be hit on regularly... they end up in situations where they are tempted to cheat much more easily than most guys. And let's say their man finds out? They probably know that enough whining, begging, and crying will get him to stick around, because it's likely worked THEIR ENTIRE LIVES.

I partly believe this is due to today's culture, the "ME" generation, and modern society forcing people to move away from each other often. Of course, I'm obviously fairly biased in my opinion, but so be it. So next time I'm in an LTR, and I even suspect that shit, you're going in the "Ex With Sex" category. I didn't mention that before I went overseas, I cheated on SC myself (first time, last time, should have just ended it then, but w/e) and after I broke up with her, she found out about it. She was "devastated". So much, in fact, it took almost 2 hours of talking before I was already fucking her again. I never even really apologized for cheating. Respect for her at that point? None.

Live and learn. The next time you have doubts about a LDR, just agree to see other people. Does anyone have a LDR success story?
