Bit of an odd one tonight which I wasnt really prepared for in terms of knowing how to deal with a specific situation. Went to a BBQ and was chatting to a girl i vaguely know from work. Things were going pretty well, a few teases here and there and a little kino - was there for a long time so ensured i wandered about and talked to other people.

Semi isolated her that evening, got her away from the main crowd but work colleagues could still see us so really really wanted to gauge her interest before trying to close. So a bit of teasing bullplop and then she starts negging herself, she used to be overweight/anorexic at various points in her life, to be honest I really wasnt sure what to say, negging/teasing further seemed like a bad idea so i just went with 'you look like you have a nice balance now and you look good', but it felt fully AFC to me.

Did I do the right thing or could i have handled that differently?

I would say: "I would still do you'

Thats a shout, should have said that. Well will definitely see her again in the future so maybe another opportunity will arise
