Hey there, well next week I'm starting college, and my secondary school was an all guys kind of thing so I don't know how it all works. Either way it'll be a fresh start. Now first of all I'm not the best looking guy, sorta chubby, (I'll pm pics) So I want to know how I can start in my 16-19 classes doing well with the girls? I actually do want to get good grades though. So how do I handle myself first day and what do I wear? I'm from the UK btw. THANKS IF YOU HELP!

Get there a little early and introduce yourself to the first few people that walk in. Sit toward the middle-front of the class so you are exposed to as many people as possible. Don't be afraid to talk, especially in class if the professor asks a question. This will make you look confident and shows your intelligence at the same time. If you want help with your looks, post a picture here or PM me.

I don't see how you can consider yourself chubby. Seems average to me. However, since this may be a mental issue for you when you talk to girls I suggest to hit the gym a few times a week to work on muscle tone and losing some weight. Once you're truly happy with your body and don't feel "chubby" than your confidence will rise and your success will as well.

Sounds like some UK education system. I'm from America so I'm not familiar with how your classes work, are these people all new to each other or do they already have some pre-existing relationship?

Cause honestly, if everyone is new with each other...they're probably just as scared about meeting new people in the class. That is the perfect opportunity to just go and start chatting with people. If that were the case though, I would suggest you chat up guys who already has women around them, whether they are just sitting next to one and talking to her or someone who you think look like they have no trouble finding women. Own the men and the women will follow sort of principle.

Now don't neglect making some connections with the girls either, you need some sort of pre-selection. Make sure you establish some connections with a couple girls but mostly try to establish yourself as one of the guys cause when one of your bros has a chick that brings her friends over you get more chances to meet women anyways.

Will what I wear or what i look like affect that then? Like you can see me looking clean cut AND rough there. It's going to be for me to be something I'm not, after all I'm aiming for the highest damn grades.

Clean, rough, it doesn't matter because it's in the eye of the beholder. Some girls like clean, some girls like rough. I don't know the UK fashion style, look nice...plaid is nice, standard jeans. Please don't wear formal unless everyone is suppose to. Although if there is an occasion to wear formal, dress to impress.

Your grades should be irrelevant when it comes to women. Your study habits is something you develop over the years, do what you've done before and don't let women get in the way.

Edit: I feel like you're too focused on the superficial things, working on your inner game is 100x better. Learning how to dress and what looks nice comes with experience. If you get compliments from wearing that shirt, you know what looks 'good'.

Don't ask yourself questions like that. Setting deadlines can be useful, but not so much for doing something like this. Instead, set goals. For your first day of class, set a goal that you will introduce yourself to 5 people. When you go to a bar for the first time, set a goal that you will approach one woman. Short and attainable goals work best. That's how you'll learn, and that's how you'll get better without getting burned out. Don't focus so much on the end-game or you'll never be happy.
