Where to start if I'm 22 years old with absolutely 0 experience and no girl has ever liked me? Is it even possible to get some results and achieve something?
I read a lot about guys being afraid or rejection. I am more afraid of not being rejected, because that means that I might someday have sex and will humiliate myself. That's the thing that's holding me back the most.

Mate, a lot of guys start with 0 experience on these forums. It does not matter, if you WANT to learn, you will learn. Just be open to the stuff written on these forums.

You are afraid of not being rejected? All of us get rejected at some point in history, and when we dont get rejected, the first time we will suck at kissing, we suck in bed etc. It comes with experience. No reason to feel nervous about it. Just make it into a learning experience.

Also, the game is all about fun, so stop thinking about negativities and start having some FUN

It's normal to be with 0 experience at 16 or maybe 18, but 22 is uncommon. I mean even a 18 year old girl has a lot more experience than me, that makes me feel not like a man but like a petty little weakling. Because men are supposed to dominate.

By the way, are here any men that were virgins over 20 but now are PUA?

Go ou 2-3 times a week and begin to have normal conversations with girls (Hi, how are you? - Hey, I like your style, I wanted to say hi)

Begin there and come back with questions later.

Start anywhere and everywhere, dont go into the game aiming to get girls, it makes it more fearful than what it already is. You need to get out there and just sociallise with anyone and everyone, male or female. Take it a step at a time. In fact chief's newbie challenge might help u.

Did girls show interest in me before? I don't know. I didn't know what to look for. But maybe a few, sure.

I was shit with girls man, I had my first kiss at 19. What have I achieved? This year I've had several girls (some I screwed, others almost). In the past 6-8 months I went from literally 0 to getting chicks.

But just read it and go out. The rest will come and fall into place. For some this goes quick, for others it takes longer.

But what if I don't like to socialise? I mean I do talk with people at work and at school but I don't like it, I do it just because it's good manners. So is it even possible to achieve something if I don't like to socialise?

Step one for you is overcoming that thought. At the moment the belife you are pathetic is holding you back most, once you're past then you probably want to work on your other fears, practically everyone is bad at something the first time they do it, you learn each time and get better, thats normal.

Which book are you reading? There seems to be a fair but of crap hiding the best stuff, so ask here for recommendations if you think it's not making sense, or just ask for help with whatever you're not getting.

Mental game is very important that's why you need to take care of all obstacles or potential obstacles. If you are scared of the sex that may come from becoming successful, learn it. Know what to do with you finger and tongue ahead of time so that even if your penis can't satisfy her, you got two other options.

I honestly can't tell you how much PUA has changed my life. I still have a great deal to learn and improve but I went from needy virgin who had to pay for sex to a man with morals and confidence.
