Well this is trivial and insignificant but out of curiosity...

Me and my ex have been talking recently and she keeps telling me that she can't stop thinking about me.

Kinda catches me off guard and I don't want to throw it out there that I miss her too by saying 'I miss you too'. It sounds lame in my opinion.
Truth is I do miss her but I don't like handing her my balls on a plate. I kinda hate her guts at the same time... So far I've just told her 'I know'.

I don't want to be a dick to her but anyone got thoughts on something to say back that's a bit 'cool'.
