I've mostly gamed at least slightly familiar girls, but with becoming an adult and being able to hit clubs with a lot of strangers, I started gaming complete strangers aswell. Now, I've gotten completely over AA, and i've got a few smooth openers but i'm kind of stuck at transitioning. What are your tips on getting from opener to having a normal conversation? Because it would feel awkard to randomly change topic, esspecialy since you're using false time constraints and are cold aproaching. Thanks for any advice.

What normally happens when a conversation dies out, try small talk questions anything from "What do you think about the weather today?" to "Do you like pizza?"
Or if you can pull it off "So... do you like anal sex?"
Though it's a lot more effective to tell them something about you, prepare a short statement that you could easily carry on if needed.
The actual transition happens after you can count 1 to 2 seconds of silence and s-tension, or just pure silence at least. Then you can change the subject and ask a completely non-related question. _________________ trying to keep things ethical at least
