Approach and opening problem in college

So there's a new exchange hb at campus who is always with her exchange friend, probably because nobody has has the nerve to go and talk to them, she's probably the hottest girl at campus (small city) so everybody stares but nobody goes near, how can I approach and open?? Should I stop her while she's walking or go and sit at her table in the cafeteria?? I don't have any class with her
