I mean lets say if your targeting girls 20-25 what kind of music should you be talking about and liking? And please tell me that it isnt some 18 year old rising pop singer. There are just some things I cannot allow myself to enjoy just to interact with younger girls.

I remember when I was 20-25 and our music was Ludacris, Linkin Park, Three Days Grace, Trapt, Green Day, Justin Timberlake past the Nsync crap, 50 cent, Beyonce. It seemed more grown up artists than whats in this age group today.

For most women, it doesn't really matter what you like.

I like pretty much everything, that includes gay crap like Backstreet Boys and I'm not afraid to admit it. My appeal is that I don't give a f*** about what people think of me.

I'd say your best off just being honest.

It depends on the region. If you're in NW USA, like me, go with Indie Folk/Indie Rock or underground hip hop, mainly Seattle based rap.

If you're out in the East, from my experience everybody's still into the whole Drake/J. Cole wave.

BUT what you should really do is, if you don't want to just be proud of what you like, is say you like the music, not the genres blah blah blah type of shit and say there is good stuff in every genre. Then once she says what she likes, accommodate to that.

Except if she likes country, I never have and never will talk about that.

Idk thats frat music I think. I think thats why I don't want to like that music. Dave Matthews came out in my time though when I was 14. But Idk his music seems to be a frat house favorite and I'm not sure why.

girls hate the music i listen to. its all like tyga, lil wayne, drake, rick ross, 2 chainz, and any other rapper related to ymcmb. However, all they rap about is sex, drugs, and having an awesome lifestyle. I actually banged a chick today while playing tyga's playlist on youtube lol, and she hates that type of music, so i think its safe to say anything works.
