I totally agree with this - from the sounds of your work environment, especially working the bar, you are in a position to be the alpha dog (plus a high ratio of women to men definitely helps you). Invite her out to something cool around town - nothing date-ish but moreso a public festival or a block/street party or festival or whatever.
