Ok so I'd noticed that girl in a shop on the way to work one day, she's about a 6.5, I thought this could be worth a shot because she has some cool style going on with tattoos etc..
that day i made the decision to start sarging as many chicks as i can just to try different techniques and things and build some confidence.

So i went in there the day after (as this place is on my way to work), and we start talking about style and fashion, so i dropped a fashion compliment into the conversation, then when it seemed that she took to this well, I tried a fashion improvement tip (pretty similar to Kooper's on 'Openers') and this went down ok too, meanwhile people are coming in and out of the shop and being served by her,(i'm sure she short changed a couple of people because she wasn't paying attention).

I got her talking about what she was doing after work, and got onto the subject of university so we had some good convo on basic compatibility...this is where it usually falls down for me..
At no point up to this point has she mentioned anyone in her life, she's acting pretty coy/giggly so I took these signs as 'go for it'.

I told her that I normally go for lunch with one of my friends in town but she couldn't make it today, so we should go in for bite together..
At this point she literally curls up into a little ball like some embarrassed school kid who's just heard the word 'sex' and mumbles something about her boyfriend not liking the idea....

anyway at this point i was pretty shocked as i didn't expect it, so i basically left and told her to have a nice day, see you later sort of thing..

My sticking point here, is:
>> should i have probed earlier in the sarge for a BF?
>>or used some BF busting line?
With it being in her work place it was a little difficult as there were other people in the shop...Maybe the best thing with this is to put it down to a scratch and leave it at that!!??
