The real tips that can boost your confidence are
Before the night out/before meeting women:
1. Shower 3 times in a row (yeah, shower-rinse x3)
2. Shave (your face and your balls)
3. Brush your teeth
4. Apply some cologne if you have, don't over do it.
5. Put on clean, nice, good looking clothes - if you're well built, try with tight shirts and short sleeves, or if you're fat, try some more loose clothes, but those that don't make you look like a bum. This is my ritual for last several years and it gives me confidence and im in better state.
General - the goal is, which you should be striving for, is to be 100% at all times, look 100%, feel 100%, smell 100% and be ready to react 100%. Work on yourself and invest in yourself each and every day.
1. Keep yourself clean at all times
2. Keep your haircut in order at all times
3. Be freshly shaved at all times.
4. Smell good at all times.
5. Have your car clean at all times if you have it.
6. Don't be dirty, ever.
7. Workout often.
I can go to distance with this until forever, but you get the point. Work on improving yourself and stay sharp. Another useful tip is to have a cool looking lighter with yourself all the time. Girls often ask me for fire.
And to say, how many times I didn't approach because I just didn't feel comfortable enough because I didn't shave for 4 days, because my car was dirty, THERE WAS EVEN ONE TIME I WAS AT A MARKET WANTED TO APPROACH THIS GIRL SO BAD BUT I HAD A HOLE IN MY SHOE THAT LOOKED LIKE SHIT SO AT THE END I DIDN'T APPROACH HER. watch out for those things
Do these things, keep these things in check and your rate of success will be high.
Holy guido.. Being clean and looking nice is important, but my god man, showering 3 times in a row? Making cologne mandatory? Do you do laundry and visit the tanning salon everyday too?
This stuff is all surface level materialistic fluff that will only attract shallow women. If you're looking for the high maintenance barbie dolls who have nothing to say then by all means grease yourself up.
He's right by saying you just have to get up off your ass and do it. There are certain situations in life that require blinders. Meaning, situations that truly just require a physical action to yield any growth or development.
So just think about how much longer you think you may live. It may not seem like that much. You don't want to get the end and think about the things you "didn't" do. Just realize that the chance to experience this part of your life slips away from you very quickly.
Just get out there, walk up to a girl and say SOMETHING. Use an opener, say hi, ask her for her opinion on something, compliment her... Just make it a goal to get into that head space of being comfortable approaching people.
