Work with a girl that seems like she gives almost every guy at least one IOI. The thing is she gives me all kinds and dances with me when we see each other out but won't go any further. Not sure how to advance, any ideas would be greatly appreciated

Yea I have a similar situation. Accept my coworker gives me all kinds of IOIs and for the longest time I didn't want to return any, because I nearly got fired from my last job because my supervisor wanted me.

My current coworker, started flirting with me, by commenting about my ass, by asking me to come into the office and bring her a coffee. (I'm never at the office, I work outside the office) By teasing, and testing me. In which, I would laugh so hard because I would see it a mile away. She even lied about her age, saying she was 30, when she's really 26, and btw I'm 36. Eye contact is huge with us. So much so, that other people will leave us alone as we chat and stare at eachother. I actually accidently added her to facebook, which she readily accepted.

Then eventually I started to show some interest, and now she backs off and acts bitchy. Anytime I suggest we hang out, or do something she just seems weird. Its awkward, because I don't want to ask her out in front of everyone.

She even gets real sad, if I don't go into the office and talk to her for a week or two. Now it's gotten to the point where she is bitchy all the time.

Last week I teased her and said she should buy me lunch, which she got annoyed with.

My friends say I should ask her out, but I feel weird in this situation. As if I can't be normal and do what I want.


What should I do? Don't shit, where you eat?
