First, I apologize if this is in the wrong section.

There was this waitress I was trying to take out for a month or so. She has never served me or my friends because we sit at the bar and not at the tables and the bartenders don't share tips with waitresses. I understand her job is to be friendly, but from the beginning she has been the one to come up to me and she is the one that gave me her number without me asking. It was going well via text and calls but every time I asked her out she had something going on and couldn't but wouldn't try to reschedule. I let it happened 3 times and then just said F it.

Clearly she is not that interested, but is still really flirty and is always going out of her way to come talk to me and she is always initiating a hug and establishing some touching on my arm, shoulder or leg.

Basically, I don't know how to handle it when I see her at her restaurant, which is at least every week. I always play it cool and don't mention anything, but now it's just getting annoying. I still wouldn't mind taking her out, but we haven't talked outside of Her work for like 2 weeks. So basically I want her to stop talking to me at work or take her out lol.

Sorry for the long post, any help for my noob self is appreciated.

Perhaps, next time she tries to touch you, tell her

"Hands off the merchandise" or something similar.

It's like playing her into thinking you're not interested in her. You can do this a couple of times and see whether then she'll respond to your calls out.

A month and 3 flakes is kind of long dude, if you don't want her talking to you, just be a complete dick or find a new place to eat. I don't understand why you wouldn't want to talk to her, even if you don't get in her pants. Don't be resentful, socialize and move on, view it as an open opportunity to improve your game.

Oh I'm not resentful at all. I just find it annoying.
