So there's a chick I work with, and now I want her. I've known her for maybe 2 months, but until recently I had a GF so I never bothered. She also has a BF, but she tells me everyday that she wants to leave him.

She gave me her number without me asking and used to flirt with me alot a more when I was in a relationship...I know...she wanted me because back then she couldn't easily have me.

Over the last few days or so we have been talking and texting alot more, I just want to know how to get her BF outta the way and to escalate the situation. She's frustrated with him, and I am physically superior to him and make like 4x as much paper. I just don't want to end up the dreaded FZ...ya know?

Ask her to go have drinks with you after work. Don't make look like a date or something.. Escalate slowly and gradually until you get to your goal.

Have tried this...funny thing is she used to ask me to go for drinks EVERY DAY when I had a GF. I always said no because I'm not a cheater. I was attracted to her and didn't want to risk a making a mistake.

She's gone for drinks with me once, but her friend ended up there too and it was late. We only got 2 drinks in before last call. She works with me on my part time night job. Most of our convos happen over text during the day while I'm working at my "real" job.

What should I say when she complains about her BF? So far I have just told her she needs to figure it out for herself.
