Hi guys,

When I ever I talk to people: strangers, friends or otherwise, I´m always low energy. I hate being in the centre of attention (when I am in the centre of attention or people ask me questions, I tend to reply in very short sentences) and feel better on the sideline. I´m barely ever enthusiastic and I´m more of the quiet, introverted type of guy. I´m very analytical and when I aks what people think of me, they say that I´m 'intelligent'.

I don´t use gestures much and my face is always the same. I´m not animated and I am stiff. There are a lot of silences during conversations I have had.

I feel like I´m a drain in a conversation. And people don´t seem to have much fun around and think they need to act serious..

I want to be the sociable guy. The person who inspires others and make people laugh.

How do I become this person?

Practice. Get out more. Try to find people you can have conversations with about things that you find interesting. Into art, music, sculpting, web page design? Whatever you're into, there are people out there who are into it.. Find those people and talk to them. You have to "work out" your social muscles.
