Hi guys, i thought this is the board where i should ask such a question. But i don't have friends with who i can talk about my fucked up self esteem and my poor sex life.

I had a crush on a girl and i was obviously friendzoned, today i found out that she changed her relationship status on facebook to "in relationship" with some duch...then she posted photos of her and him sleeping together, with kisses in his neck and gloss marks on his chest and porn-like stuff.

I sound pathetic. And i wanna cry or het drunk but i ask you guys what's the best cure against that type of frustration. what should i do to feel better...

If it was me I would go visit some good friends and get company when feeling down. And delete her on facebook so u wont see her status updates.

Hopefully its weekend soon and u can go meet some new girls.

yes that's obvious but if i delete her from facebook, she will know that's because of her changing status and i will obviously look like an immature heart-broken guy... i never talk about that stuff to anyone because in my country...people have the tendancy to be harsh and to make fun of that sort of stuff...thanks for your answer

One of the reasons I avoid facebook (and dont have an account).

If it bothers you so much to see her with someone else then simply delete her from FB and if she even asks you why you did that then plain and simple say I didn't feel well looking at you and your bf photos. Another way to go is to unsubscribe from her so you will not see her pictures and status updates.

Go to a friends place each night to get your spirits up or even better don't miss an opportunity to go out! Go out and have fun and if you do that for a week or two you will start meeting new people even if you don't want to! Go out dude!

@Kingotto : I try to go out once in a while but i have several problems that keep me from enjoying everything. I'm a drug addict, i live with my very sick grandfather and i seriously don't get any kind of affection from everyone, at this age it starts to kill me slowly and stuff like what happened now, convinces me that i missed my whole life, that i did nothing, lived nothing at all...i didn't have a sain psychological evolution and i experience the consequences right now.
